Dollar Thrify horrible customer care service

I never received an invoice from them, all I got was a vehicle inspection receipt. Secondly they have been witholding my deposit telling me the branch entered the wrong code and when I called the branch they acknowledged that they made an error but still the refunds department did not process my refund. Furthermore my deposit is also withheld due to bank issues they have... and this I was told when I only inquired otherwise I was never going to know. The refunds' department NEVER ANSWERS or they are never there...The east London Branch together with the call centre Refunds department have the worst customer care service and I can't believe there's still companies operating so unprofessionally!
