Dollar thriftys incompetence

I'd like to mention that thrifty Sandton has not returned my deposit after 17 days. To date I still haven't received my deposit. Every time I call they say that they offline. I am very disappointed with their service. Today I called and the gentleman said that he will call me back. Like any other time he didn't call me back. I hope that thrifty would call me and sort this issue out as they are very *********** and I would not recommend anyone to them. I have checked my account and no money has been refunded.
