Dollar Thrifty is the worst service provider when it comes to returning people’s deposits. Not only have I not received my deposit back 3 months later, they continue to ignore my email and their line barely gets answered. I’m up to my wits end with them because this is not the first time and this time it’s even longer. If there was a rating for no stars I’d give them exactly that. Appalling
