Dollar Thrifty the worst company ever!!

I am very dissatisfied with how this company does things, i rented a car with Trifty on the 13th of January returned the car on the 17th of January as per agreement. The car went for inspection it was returned in the same condition it was,the was no fault with the car when i left I’ve been waiting for a refund for more than 14days i had to waist my time and my money calling them who transferred me from pillar to post no one would take ownnership again i was sent a refund less than the amount am supposed to get i was suppose to get R2000 but i only got R1060,14 what is the meaning of that why am i being punished? I am trying to get answers from the company am calling the next thing am told i am not found in the system there are no records of me this is not a good experience at all i am flabbergasted with the service i got from company i logged a complaint i havent heard from them still
