I rented a Toyota Starlet at the Lanseria branch from the 25th of May to the 1st of June and I still haven't received my deposit back even after they deducted R880 from my account for petrol. I enquired about this and they told me the money is back in my account whish is false. I had to email them my bank statement as proof. I've spoken to the manager numerous times and they telling me they are investigating the issue. It's Been over a week and I still haven't gotten my money back. I will never use this rental company again. If this issue is not resolved by end of day I'm taking legal action. I will not be ******** by a bunch of *********** and unprofessional idiots.
