Dollar thrifty stole money from my bank account

Here’s my story. I hired a vehicle from thrifty dollar and returned it, I was supposed to return the car at 13:00 off which I did, at 14:00 I get a notification from my bank account notifying me that they’ve debited R1346 from my account. I phoned them to ask why they went into my account & took money out, the response I got was that they thought I was extending the lease, my question was did you check If the car is still with me & how could y’all got into my bank account without my consent cause in my books that’s theft. My issue now is that they haven’t given me my deposit back & they also haven’t paid me back the money they stole from me, whenever I phone them they keep saying there’ll phone me back and they never do.
