Dear Dollar Thrifty Customer Care South Africa. Thank you for your assistance in helping me to close out a tyre insurance claim with Dollar Thrifty in Namibia. It was very disappointing that we had had no response from Dollar Thrifty Namibia for the refund in 9 months! We had decided that we would never use Dollar Thrifty again because of the lack of response by Dollar Thrifty Namibia. However, due to the swift action from Dollar Thrifty South Africa, who refunded us within 14 days, we will definitely make use of Dollar Thrifty again in the future.
