hi - i rented a vehicle at your or tambo branch on the 12 june- i am still waiting for my reserved amount to be refunded and when i try calling your callcentre i get transferred from pillar to post and than teh line cuts

my surname is Pillay and i used the vehicle on the 12 June - there was a 2000 reserved and i am trying to get hold of your branch and no one answers - i call the head office and just been transferred from pillar to post
