Dollar thrifty or Dollar **********

Absolute **********,I've been hiring with them for a few years,2016 cape I had a puncture which I had to plug,they charged me for 2 tyres,the staff and drivers at sandton branch know me very well,I've spent over R30,000, with them in one year.I hired a car in may,returned the car at the sandton branch,the driver checked it,dropped me off at home,all was fine,2 months later they take R5000 off my account for damages, I'm sure many people hired the car after me,a bunch of *******,Dollar Thrifty,and u call yourself Muslims. I spoke to Fuad ,gauteng manager, awaiting he's reply **********
