Dollar Thrifty is the worst ever

I rented a car from Dollar Thrifty from the 27 March to the 2nd April. Since then Dollar Thrifty has been doing everything to try not to pay my refund of R3000. On the 10th they said they are processing my refund and when I called today to enquire on the progress of my refund they said it was refunded on the 4th of April. . The authorisation number is 307363. There is no evidence of this refund in my account and the person at FNB said this transaction must have disappeared because he can confirm that it was done but the money never landed in my account. Enough with the stories I jut want my money back

Please be advised that when a holding deposit is released there is no notification or transaction on your bank account, as the funds were frozen in your account, if any additional charges are charged to the holding deposit ie; Fuel or Excess Mileage. the balance of the holding deposit is released.

Please be advised that the Rental location will be in direct contact with you to explain further.

I always get the notification, always, and I always rent with dollar thrifty. And I have not received the money back. FNB confirms an earlier payment of R2000 from a previous rental but not this one. Dollar Thrifty enough with the patronising lies, FNB has reconciled my account and they cannot pick the reversal up.
