Dollar Thrifty doesn't pay back the money

Standard procedure is to pay the rental amount plus glass and tyre insurance directly to the broker. The only amount outstanding, is the standard refundable deposit minus refuelling. <br> <br> The broker:<br> <br> 1. arranges a booking with a supplier.<br> 2. issues a voucher, which should be presented to the service provider on collection of the vehicle.<br> <br> 27 July I received a sms from my daughter. She was concerned about an amount of R2331.17 taken from her CC by Thrifty. Since I haven't had any response from Wilhelm on an email enquiry, I mailed Customer Care on 2 Aug. <br> <br> On 3 Aug. I received a return mail: \Thank-you for addressing your concerns with Dollar Thrifty Car rental. I will forward your mail through to our refunds department who will relate back to you."Attached to this email was an invoice 705415 for R1571.66"
