Dollar Thrifty deposit not returned
After numerous calls, emails and facebook messages, I still have not received my deposit back.
Vehicle returned on the 22nd February and I am given the run around that the deposit is on hold in MY account. I already contacted my bank and there is nothing pending.
I want this to be resolved asap, if this cannot be rectified I will be taking legal action against the company.

Please be advised that when the funds are released there is no notification or transaction, the available balance will increase by the amount released, as advised by your bank there is no funds/ transactions pending on your account hence the hold placed on your account has been removed and the funds made available. Kindly contact your bank and request them to reconcile your account in order to locate the funds.
