Dollar Thrifty Car Rental/SANI's new management suck! I will never rent from them again period.....!

I prepaid for a rental car I booked for collection at the OR Tambo airport on the 24th December. When I arrived at the counter I was told I do not qualify to rent a car I booked because of my credit score. Now I am battling to get my money refunded.
