Dollar Thrifty car rental. Unrelaeble, Untrust worthly

<p>I rent a Car on the 29/07/2017 time 08:03, they hold a deposit of R2000.00. I returned the car on the 01/08/2017, 07:06 I waited and waited for my deposit to be paid to my account as per agreement but it never happened, on the 6th August the transection of R503.00 paid to them from my account and i understand that it was for fuel deposit as i returned the car empty. i waited for my deposit money to be released but nothing happening. I call them several times they keep on telling me deferent stories, money will be paid in 5 woking days, someone says, in seven days now i realy dont know what to believe as the took their fuel deposit money 6 days ago but they dont release my deposit.</p>
