Dollar Thrifty Car Rental *******

I hired a vehicle from the Lanseria branch on the 13th of December and returned it on the 16th of December. I received my deposit back on the 19th of December however I was charged for an additional day, that is blatant theft.

Upon collection of the vehicle I mentioned to the consultant assisting me that the vehicle will be returned no later then 9pm and even called in earlier that day to confirm and I was assured all was fine.

Called headoffice numerous times only to have the phone call end.

You cant take money from poeples accounts as you see fit, that is utter **** and is called theft
