Dollar Thrifty Car Rental sucks the D
Horrible customer service. *****s money from you without saying anything. Shady business practices. Hard to get hold of to resolve disputes. Waste of time, money and energy. Spend more time trying to get deposits back and ****** money back than using their services.

Please be advised that as per Dollar Thrifty Car Rental's refueling policy every vehicle is sent for refueling regardless of the fuel gage reflecting full, if the vehicle requires more than 3 liters of fuel the renter is charged for the fuel.
