Dollar Thrifty Car Rental SUCK

What an experience I received at Dollar Thrifty Car Rental in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), after booking a Group H car on Monday 25th Oct for 29th Oct pickup. When I arrived at the Airport I was forced to take Group C car after waiting more than an hour for Group H car.

The worse part happened the following day (Saturday), I went back to the Airport to fetch my Group H car, after driving 45km from the airport I was pulled over by the Cops as my indicators where not working, after observing the car, all the indicators, front lights were not working. I had to drive back to the airport, i missed my Boat Cruise, lost the money that I paid, my day was a mess. Thanks to Dollar Thrifty.

I would have thought, after most companies closed shops because of Covid-19, these companies like Thrifty will keep us, their loyal customers happy as I've used them more that 40 times.
