Dollar Thrifty Car Rental South Africa's lies about responding to complaints

To whom it may concern

My colleague who shares an office with me just informed me now after seen this reply by Dollar Thrifty car rental that this could not be true. He says, the only response his wife (Amanda V who complaint about this level of service) received from Dollar Thrifty regarding the same post was yesterday when they asked her to e-mail them a Rental Agreement and reference number to look into the matter and that’s all. Other than that, there hasn’t been any communication or feedback from them regarding this claim.
