Dollar Thrifty Car Rental South Africa Zero Customer Care and Service

On the 30th of September I made a rental booking for a car to be picked up at East London Airport but my booking was subsequently redirected to OR Tambo. When I went to pick up the car I was informed that there were no cars available and that I will be refunded the money which I paid to secure the booking. But up until now I have not received any refund and I havee been taken from pillar to post.
