Dollar Thrifty Car Rental South Africa withholding repayment of on-hold deposit for more than 3 months!

Frustrating experience in trying to get my on-hold deposit repaid since October 2021! No joy in escalating the matter as one is sent from pillar to post between consultants. Consultants say the matter has been sent to the refunds manager whose phone rings without answer, and e-mails go unanswered. Deposit still hasn't been repaid to-date! I definitely will not be using their services again.
