Dollar Thrifty Car Rental South Africa
I am a paraplegic who wants to hire a car from Thrifty and although i gave them notice in advance that i want a car with hand controls they let me know that they haven't got any anywhere. i cannot understand that in our country with it's history a company can discriminate against anybody in anyway. our constitution says you are not allowed to discriminate to anybody over race, religion,*** or disability, but it doesn't matter to them.

Sir, we can assure you at no time had we been discriminating to anyone either by race, religion, *** or disability and do treat our customers with utmost respect, as advised in prior correspondence we unfortunately do not have any vehicles available with hand control on fleet.
Our customer care agent has been in contact with you with regards to the refund due for a prior rental, our agent will provide you with confirmation once the refund has been processed.
