Dollar Thrifty Car Rental robbes me of my deposit

On the 30th of December 2018 I hired a car for 3 days from Thrifty Car rental Cape Town International Airport. I returned the on the 2nd of January 2019 and I was told before I hired the car that my deposit will be deposited back to me after 7 days. It's been over 32 days now. I've been calling their offices and every single time I get transfered to apparently "the right person" who deals with this matter the calls never gets answered and the operator will always tell me try call back after an hour or we will ask them to call you back or they are very busy at the moment. Why is thrify so unprofessional and so dishonest?Why do you guys take our deposit and not return it? Why is is so hard to get a hold of people that deals with this matter? It's 30+ days and I still don't have the money. Is this what you do to every customer? The one guy I managed to get a hold of "Wendelle Naidoo" said that the money will be released back to me asap? Is this the asap you guys spoke about? Why can't you guys do business in a more professional and honest way?
