Dollar Thrifty Car Rental Poor Return Service

Literally every time I have used Thrifty car rental, I've had to inquire about my refund months later. I booked a car in October, still not refund. I called the East London airport center where I was serviced, the guy said he will call me back after checking and he never did. I don't understand why I must do the chasing!!!
