Dollar Thrifty car rental is run by ********* ******

I’m so angry and disappointed with Dollar Thrifty King Shaka international branch... I’ve been hiring from them for over 3 years now!! They’ve just became ****** and gave me a car with a spare wheel that’s not road worthy!!! I realized this when I had a slow puncher and had to use the spare wheel. I then used it as I had no choice, I couldn’t even move more than a kilometer and it burst as well. The spare wheel was worn out and had no threads.. I reported to them and they are saying I am now liable to pay for the whole brand new tire !! What a wow!!! I am so disgusted. Their security guy warned me and said they usually do this to customers!! They are ****** !!!
