Dollar Thrifty Car Hire
<p>Since 2015 I'm.waiting for Dollar Thrifty to pay my excess back. It was a hired vehicle by company and someone knocked it from the back, Thrifty took the excess money from the company but I didn't get paid for the job because company took excess amount from my salary. There after I was advise that I must get my money back from car hire because they will be doing the insurance claim and get the excess from the third party who made an accident. I had open up the case, forward all the information to Thrifty but still up till today no one has got back to me and I'm still waiting for my money.</p>

Thank you for writing in. We have been advised from our customer care department that your rental was a full bill back account which means that you do not pay anything at the counter but merely collect the car.
Please query the excess with the third party that you booked through.

Why should I query with third party?
Company who hired the vehicle been charged for an excess amount and that is the reason me as a driver didn't get paid for the driving job due to company paid to Thrifty for an excess.
I been dealing with Mincke Geel, Claim Administrator from Thrifty,
I have called her many time and I dropped her few emails regarding the issue. But she is reading the e-mail but not replying. When last I spoken to her, she said "We are still waiting for payment from third party, as soon as we get it will refund it in to your account". And I'm still waiting............
Again I'm asking why should I query with third party or company who hired the vehicle? If yes read carefully what wrote above, you might understand.
I have all the emails that I sent to Mincke Geel and her response.
