Dollar thrifty bunch of *****es

Had a booking that was cancled due to covid. They refused to give me a refund and told me I can get the ammount as credit on my next booking. I tried to make another booking but was told that the deposid I paid will not be taken into account, the fool subsequently then screamed that I needed to take it up with their refund department and hanged up. What a bunch of arrogant fking *****es. I got a great deal from Hertz for half the ammount they stole from me , they will never ever see me again.
