I rented a car for one way trip from Umtata to OR Tambo airport on the 5th of December 2022, returned the car on the morning of 6th December after which i received an email listing all sorts of damages incurred by me on the car, what is strange, among the list of damages there is a hail storm damage but there was never any hail storm between Umtata and OR Tambo on the 5th of December, so they took my R3500 holding deposit plus R2700 for nothing because the damages were never from me let alone the hail storm damage
