Dollar *****, stay away.

What an awful experience with Dollar *****, I will never forget them. They don't pick up their phone, they lie, and worst of all they ***** your money.

I rented two cars from 29 November to 5 December 2017 at a cost of nearly R16 000. First of all one of the cars was not what I ordered though i made it clear with them few weeks before collection. Anyway I accepted the car and changed it the following morning. I returned the cars as per the rental agreement in the conditions that i found them in and Grenville & Marlof from OR Tambo. Got, my deposit in about two weeks and though everything was done but little did I know that it was the beginning of my problems. Then I started getting calls that i haven't returned 1 car, even got a call from their vehicle recovery unit.

This ******* started taking money from my account on the 20th December, with a first debit of R1658, then followed by 3 debits of R142. To this day, no one has bothered to explain this and no invoice has been issued. I've been waiting for them to call me back in 5 min since 22 December while they continue *****ing my money, abusing the privilege of having my banking details.

Please avoid this company, don't fall for their cheaper rates. My last hope is now the Consumer Commission
