DO NOT USE THRIFTY CAR RENTAL

Received the vehicle with a chip in the windscreen that had been marked on the inspection sheet. Whilst in my possession, the chip spread into a crack with the extreme weather temperatures. I have had ridiculously disgusting service from the OR Tambo branch. They never answer their calls, and when they do, they deliberately end the call. I have been billed for the windscreen crack that was from an existing chip from the previous driver that of course if not my fault. Terrible service - do not recommend them at all. The vehicle was in shocking condition too. I had to clean it myself. I will never be using them again and will make sure my friends and family don't either!
