I collected a vehicle which was not filled with fuel, i notified the Cape Town Airport branch and they said that i must fill up and they will refund the money to me.

its since July 2019 and i am still waiting for my money. They are a bunch of ****** and this company is horrible service. Their staff are useless and unhelpful
