Do not trust Thrifty car hire with your card details

<p>On the 14th of July, I was in Europe far from SA but noticed an ******* deduction on my FNB account for M*Thrifty car rental. I did not do any transactions with them while in Europe. The transaction date was 14/07/17 ref ********** ********** 2… I wrote to Thrifty customer care and asked details why they deducted the money. I hired a car in Nov 2016 from them and so they got my card details and decided to use it now *******ly. The useless customer care did not even answer on my email why they stole my money. If they don’t answer it means they have something to hide. When I’m back Thrifty will pay much more when my lawyer demanded this money and for his service as well. I dare Thrifty to proof where I hired the car or for what purpose they claim the money from my account before this case goes so far. I will think twice before I gave my card details again to such an irresponsible company like Thrifty.</p>
