DO NOT RENT FROM Dollar Thrifty Car Rental South Africa

Worst experience ever. Please be warned, do not use Thrifty Rentals in South Africa. Rented a car in February 2022, been phoning daily to follow up on my R4700 holding deposit. I have spoken to numerous customer care agents with promises of following up and getting back to me. Not a single person has called back. How is it that they are getting away with this?
