Do not hire a car from thrifty dollar. They will not give your full deposit

I booked a car with you and upon collection I found the car faulty. This was the or tambo branch. I called and spoke to Nithinian. Then I went to your office to explain again and was told there were no replacement cars and told to come back in the afternoon. I went back and was taken back and forth 5 times for a replacement vehicle. I lost my cool and only then I was given a car. The car was supposed to be brought back on the Monday afternoon. Lo and behold the invoice comes and i am charged an extra day because I brought it late according to you. Not only that I am charged an extra R800 because the faulty car was brought back without a full tank. All this while you gave me the car with the fuel gauge working, all this is on paper and I have the photos to prove. You are ******** and downright *******!
