DISSATISFIED - SLOPPY SERVICE

I booked a VW Microbus from Thifty three weeks prior to my visit in Cape Town, I got there, they did not have my vehicle ready, they told me that they don't have a micro bus, they ordered a vehicle from their depot, I had to wait for 1 hour to bring the vehicle , I was told by the manager that he will get me the vehicle that I have ordered the same day or next day, my stay in Cape Town was four days, Thursday - Sunday, the Saturday morning I had to call him , he told me the same story, Sunday I dropped the vehicle and not even an apology nothing , How is that for sloppy service, the Manager Craig he did not care 1 bit.
