Dissatisfied service from Dollar thrifty car rental

I shared a bad service experience I had with dollar thrifty, customer service department made a follow up and I got a call from a guy from dollar thrifty after a week I complained saying that the matter is resolved and I owe nothing, and now all of a sudden I'm getting an e-mail from dollar thrifty that I need to pay R31 770.00 that I owe them, I really don't understand. I can't even remember the RA number: but maybe this will help HB56YMGP- 39122 thanx.
