Dissatisfaction with Thrifty car rental

This is with much disappointment that I have to use this medium again to express my utmost frustration and dissatisfaction with Thrifty Car Hire, and especially their customer care and help desk! As far as I'm concerned both are non existent. Out of 15 emails, I received 3 replies; 2 to basically tell me "***** you Mr. customer, don't make your problem ours", and one wherein customer care cc'd me in forwarding my complaint to their claims department. Clearly they are not willing to listen to a customer and they could not care less about customer satisfaction. It is therefore my wish that customers planning to hire a car from them, will read this and choose to vote with their feet. There are other car rental companies at OR Tambo, and some even cheaper.
