Dissapointing holding deposit Department

I hired a car from Sandton Thrifty but to get your deposit is a mission and their holding deposit department are always not available to take calls, u will hold till your airtime finished.

Worse part of the matter you send them emails then they ignore every efforts you try to get your money back.

I will never hire a car from Sandton as it gives you too much head ache.
