Dishonest and unhelpful !!!

I was Double charged on fuel expenses, reported the issue and there is no effort from the company to resolve the issue. I Have spend over R200 on phone calls an not a single call has a solution to the issue Agents promise to revert back and never do, this issue was reported 7 days ago
