Dishonest and don't care - *******.

This *********** company debited my card for almost double the amount agreed and now they are dragging their feet with the reversal or refund. The debit authorisation form clearly stated the limit amount but they processed the higher amount despite my email that I do not confirm the amount. Now they simply say their refunds department will contact me, not even an estimated timeline. This amounts to *****, now I have to wait 30 days for FNB to dispute the transaction.
