We like so many others rented a vehicle from these ******. very quick to help you and rent you a vehicle making sure you understand the T'c and C's. We reported the matter and all they did was scuff. Its now ten days later and we are still waiting for our holding deposit. We have phoned hundreds of times and all we get is we have paid and we did e mail the POP and yet nothing. As soon as you tell them they have a real bad name out there they start getting rude.I was told that the payment was released at 09:50 in the morning from fnb to standard bank? how is it possible then that 4 days later the money still does not reflect? Do they think i'm stupid?All the e mails we sent gets returned with a message saying our server rejected your attachment,, but there is no attachment???????????????? they block your e mail on purpose????? Disgusting service. Stay away, these people are all a bunch of *****, big promises of nothing.******! Rather rent from people that are professional and honest like Avis,Europcar,Budget or first.
