Disgusting service Holding deposit still not reversed into my account

I have to express my utter disappointment with this car rental company at King Shaka International Airport. On the 30th September 2018, I hired a car to East London im still waiting for my R7 200 deposit it’s been over a month an half now, when I call their branches they keep on telling me the same lie they are waiting for the manager to release my money they are croaks Rennie, Rushel, Masel, Rowen, Moaz for the past two weeks same story I will report them consumer council should my money not be in my account today
