Disgusting service from Thrifty king Shaka

On Thursday 16/09/2021 at around 16:25 i was scheduled to pick up a vehicle "Toyota Quantum" 11 seater from Thrifty Car Rental King Shaka International Airport, i arrived at 16:20 stood in the line like everyone else. When i reached to the front and it was my turn to be helped i furnished the lady at the front desk with my booking reference and surname, and she confirmed the reservation but further informed me that they don't have the vehicle "Toyota Quantum" which i booked weeks if not a month ago, she proceeded to offer me an alternative which was a Mercedes-Benz Vito the issue with the Vito was that it only accommodates 9 people and we were 11 people, we stood there for a full hour before the manager got back to us to inform us that they were willing to offer us the Mercedes benz Vito and Nissan Micra, which now would mean another driver amongst us had to be nominated and now placing more risk on us because we would now be having two cars, but we had no choice as it was raining and some of the guys were waiting outside in the rain as the *Thrifty* office wouldn't be able to allow all of them inside "placing them at risk of getting sick" After we accepted the offer they placed on the table the manager then phones again after 20mins saying the head office now says they must give us 2 Toyota avanzas and this is after we've already completed all documentation for the other 2 vehicles they offered, we declined the offer as it was getting dark and late and we were still driving to Port Shepstone. We proceeded to take the vehicles no one did an inspection with us on the vehicles, we just took the vehicles as we drove out we stopped by the sasol next to the airport and saw visible damage on the Vitos mirror we then said we would call them the following day bringing it to their attention, the following day we noticed more damage and contacted them and brought it to their attention. Im disgusted with the service we received from thrifty and i would not recommend them to anyone from arriving there at 16:20 to only leave there well after 18:00, my friends stood in that cold and rain outside which put them at risk of getting sick, thrifty your service is mediocre.
