Disgusting service

I cannot believe the horrible service we have received from Thrifty.

A car knocked into us and we immediately called Thrifty and went to the police station. On the day we had to return we handed in all the documents to the Greenpoint branch. We heard nothing back and 5 months later we get an email to pay for all the damages. We are only liable for it was IF we were the only car involved since there was another car involved legal is meant to do their job on this for the 3rd party...nope .. a lady named Debbie stated how they got it wrong and they blamed the branch for not doing it right etc etc and I said well lets get all the paper work together for legal..and then 12 days later still no reply but decided to take the money from our card. No consent from us even after we had a plan of action sent on mail and via phone disgusted in this service. I can't believe how bad your company is after reading all the comments on this forum.
