Disgusting service and unfounded charges

We were given a PUTRID and BARELY roadworthy vehicle with loose panels, holes in the floor and multiple scratches, dents etc were noted (especially on the car doors) when we received the car. Upon returning the car, we reported to the office a faulty lock on the door. Without notifying me of any claims, they have debited my account for a R500 admin fee and are now charging me R2100 to replace the lock which was faulty to begin with! I called the king shaka office to query the charge and a lady advised she would get a supervisor to call me which never happened and now I am just being served with claims and charges WITHOUT a supervisor calling me as I requested to query this. DISGUSTING ways of working, will NEVER use them again
