Disgusting service

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement for the experience I have had with your company this weekend.

Myself and my partner hired at car at the OR Tambo International airport on Saturday, 6th October at 00:30 and returned it on the 8th October at 18h00. A guy assisted in inspecting the car and we advised that we were over with our daily kms given. he indicated the kms we were over and we advised to him any amount deducted should be taken on the holding deposit which we paid on pick up.

For the past two days the company has been deducting money from our credit card without our acknowledgement and when my partner called was given attitude on the issue by a lady called Terry who had stated they would call back. Hours later we have not received a call and when i called and asked to speak to the supervisor, phone dropped on me several times.

To say that you are prestigious business who delivers quality services is a lie and I will make sure never to use or recommend you to anyone. if tricking and *****ing from people is what you do, then you must be known for it.
