Disgusting customer service with clueless and rude staff

I am disgusted by the service I have received fro the so called customer services department I have been inquiring regarding the refund on my holding deposit for an entire week and they apparently only have one person who can assist, a lady by the name of Tasmyn who never picks up her phone or is never available. When you asl what other measures can you take to be held you are sent from pillar to post by the clueless staff
