Disgraceful service & zero customer care at Thrifty car rental

Its the worst service ive ever received. Deposit and rental amount invoiced incorrect, desk consultant in branch was extememy unhelpful and couldn't decide what amount they wanted to charge me for car rental. There is no response on email or telephonic queries and then they pay your deposit back a week late and eventually pay back less that it should be. I was cautioned by previous users of this car rental company that i should double check everything as they have been 'done in'. Wish i knew this before using them for my rental.
