Disappointed...

It is really sad how a company can take your money easily, but when it comes to the refund, you wait forever.

I had to pay R9500 as a holding deposit outside the rental costs. That is my whole salary. But I had no choice as I flew from Cape Town to Jhb (and had to drive to Potch) for my mothers funeral. I now sit with no money to buy my toddler food as I used my salary for the deposit and was promised that it will be refunded 1 to 5 days after the return of the car. I was promised on 3 different ocasions (in a months time) that the money has been paid and they say every single time that it will show the next day but still nothing.

Thanks thrifty for leaving my toddler and I without food for the month.
