Disappearing Deposit

We returned our rental on Sunday 3 May. The lady told us that the deposit will be cleared on the next business day. After 2 business days I called the call center, who told me to phone PE. They then said it takes 4-7 working days. If I knew it will take so long to pay R6000 back I would not have used them!<br> <br> It is now the 7th working day (And 10th day in total), money still gone. I phoned the call center, who directed me to PE again, who gave me a third number to phone.. They said it will only reflect tomorrow - 8th business day. I don't even know if I believe them, but we will see tomorrow.<br> <br> No one I dealt with was friendly or helpful. Also, nice side business to earn interest on your client's money for 10 days plus!
