Did not get my deposit back, bad experience!!!

I'm so disappointed with Thrifty Car Rentals SA, it's almost a month without receiving my deposit back and keep receiving emails that they doing deductions from my deposit and not paid anything. Several emails sent out and I was ensured that it would be death but just empty promises. WILL NEVER HIRE CAR FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
